The Quest Continues

So I'm still on my quest. I've added daily exercise in my basement gym and the only one laughing is my dog Jack but by his expressions I think it's on the inside only. Hey at least I'm on the move.

    Me too...sorta. Shooting for every day in the last month I'm average 5 days a week, which I will happily take!
